EU AI Act compliance for Amsterdam companies.

We are an Amsterdam-based engineering studio that implements the EU AI Act in the execution path. Not a PDF. Not a checklist. A system that enforces compliance in your code.

Local expertise

What we do for Amsterdam companies.

AI Readiness Audit

€500 fixed, 10 business days. AI inventory, risk classification, obligation mapping, and a 90-day implementation roadmap. You keep the documentation.

Private AI Deployment

Self-hosted models (Ollama, vLLM) or private cloud endpoints via TramAI. Data stays in the EU. 100% data sovereignty.

Governed AI Integration

Add compliance controls to your existing AI stack: schema validation, approval gates, audit logging, observability. Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin.

Why now

The EU AI Act is already in force.

The EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) is not a future regulation. Prohibited practices have been enforceable since February 2025. Article 50 transparency obligations (chatbot disclosure, synthetic content marking) apply from August 2, 2026. The Digital Omnibus (Regulation 2026/1744) postponed the high-risk deadline to December 2027 — but the core deployer obligations apply now.

If your company in Amsterdam uses AI in any way — a CRM with AI features, a chatbot, an internal assistant, a SaaS tool with "AI-powered" features — you are a deployer under the Act, and you have obligations.

Key deadlines for Amsterdam companies:

  • August 2, 2026: Article 50 transparency (chatbot disclosure, synthetic content marking) + GPAI obligations
  • December 2, 2027: Annex III high-risk system obligations (deferred by Digital Omnibus)
  • August 2, 2028: Annex I high-risk system obligations
